Therefore 300mcg is definitely less than 5mg(5000mcg)

A 5mg pill has 15 & 2/3rds times more melatonin than 0.3mcg, almost 16 times the strength. I weigh 260 and take 20mg's every night, no grogginess in the morning - but a few wild dreams in five years of taking it. And 20mg's is 66 times 0.3mcg. I feel that 0.3mcg is a waste of time/money unless for an infant with a colicky problem
