Weight is not a determinant of age. However, it may be linked in the aging process (as an aside). A healthy weight relates to height and BMI (Body Mass Index) which generally applies to adult men and women. Anywhere within the height range of 4'4 to 5'0 is among the healthy range. An individual may be 5'0 at age 10 or age 60. As well, individuals experience growth at different rates (boys often lag girls initially but continue later into life). Therefore, there is no precise answer without addressing specific parameters and even then it cannot be certainly categorized. Note about BMI: It should also be noted that muscle is heavier than fat and occasionally a very muscular person may register as unhealthy (overweight) on the BMI scale when he or she is not.
