Ok nothing you can eat will make you tall, you are limited by your genetics to determine your growth potential if your family's has a history of being short or tall they will most likely be so, all you can do is eat all the nutrition you need in a day and get enough sleep and exercise and you will most definitely reach your full potential or full possible limit to your height

Obviously it's ok. For me, i do not even play with my hamsters but i put in a hamster exercise ball once a week for it to run around the house. Your hamster won't forget you etc if that's what you are worried about if you don't play with it.

ok to lose weight u need to burn more calories then you are consuming.. if you eat 1200 calories and only burn 100 then your total for that day is still +1100 . see what i mean? so you must burn an amount greater then 1200 calories in order to lose weight.. i dotn know how to measure calories burned but i would guess about 2 hours exercise a day would be enough

It is not only ok, but necessary. You need to give your muscles time to repare themselves for further development. As far as dieting, it is also true. If you stop eating all fatty foods, your body will become unfamiliar with digestion of them. So letting yourself go one meal, once a week, is a good thing.
