What happens then is that if/when you deviate from your weight loss plan, you will quickly gain all your weight back. Often people gain even MORE weight back than what they had initially lost. Perhaps, that too is one of the body's protections against starvation. The BEST plan to lose weight is simply to eat less, exercise more and take it slowly. Losing 1 - 2 (at the most about 3) lbs per week, is considered safe. Talk to your doctor or a certified nutritionist for proper guidance in your individual case.
