It is possible however it is extremely dangerous and it takes extreme tolls on your body.

Most of the weight will be water and muscle. Basically the only way to do it is to barely eat and drink for 2 weeks. You become fatally malnourished and you might die.

The recommened weightloss/week is 1-0,5 lbs per week.

That way you can make sure you are loosing actual body fat, and no muscle degradation happens. Of course you need high protein intake for that and you need to exercise.
