If you are right-handed then eating with your left hand might make you eat slower than you normally would. This would prevent you from overeating because you would take longer to eat, thus causing you to lose weight. However, you will need to do more than just eating with your left hand to lose weight.
if your left handed it is possible that you exert more force in the left than the right hand
Anything is possible but the cost incurred would not be worth the effort.

For the most part, there is no difference. Why is a question that does not have a really good answer.
To play piano left hand notes effectively, focus on proper hand positioning, practice playing scales and arpeggios with your left hand, and pay attention to dynamics and timing. Additionally, try to keep your left hand relaxed and use the weight of your arm to produce a rich sound.
Stay in the center when possible.
First, try doing a handstand against a wall. Lean to one side and put all your weight onto your right or left hand while lifting the other hand. If you choose to put all your weight on your right hand, lift your left hand. If you have developed balance, try the same thing without leaning against a wall.
In the left hand. The goal is to make it as natural as possible. When walking normally, your right leg goes out and your left arm swings forward as a sort of balance. Putting the cane in the left hand will make the arm movement more natural. It also results in a more widely based triangle of support. From a Red Belt in the Canemaster System

Your right hand can touch your left elbow but your left hand can't and your left hand can touch your right elbow but your right hand can't.
