No, it is not really recommended. Since gravol has a sedative chemical in it, it will make you want to sleep. With melatonin, although it is a receptor to effect your cranial cavity (brain) with a hormone that it's time to sleep. by taking both you would be overly tired, resulting in prolonged drowsiness, feeling of drunkenness, ECT. If you have stomach ache go with gravol, if you just wanna sleep use the melatonin.
The is NO medical contraindications to the taking of them both. It SHOULD be safe.

Supposedly they are trying to market this combination together in one pill, as buspirone depletes melatonin levels. So I am assuming it is okay.

melatonin can is produced naturally by the body, mostly after sun exposure. it should be safe to take in moderation but is not advised. Taking it every night without being told to by a doctor could case side-effects
