Yes, it's brilliant! Oats are low in calories, and slowly release energy keeping you fuller for longer! Making porridge with milk is also good as it contains vital minerals such as calcium and vitamin D. I like to put raspberries and blueberries on mine :) but if you mush up the raspberries and swirl them in it ends up being like a compot! Yum! Mangos, apple slices, strawberries, pineapple, dries fruit, nuts... All go beautifully with it making it a brilliant breakfast! Hope this helps x x
