People tend to have different body types through genetics. They may have reformed this, but I believe they are called mesomorphs (those who tend to gain muscle easily, muscular at best, squat at worst) endomorphs (long and lean) and ectomorphs (curvy when thin, tend to be soft, gain weight easily).

Of course, there are also body types referred to additionally, such as apples (gain weight mainly in their waist/middle) Pears (gain on bottom, butt and legs) and hourglass (tend to gain on top, not middle as much, and bottom).

You combine both of those and you can figure out what you are.

So, if you happen to be an apple/ectomorph/endomorph, if you get Liposuction around your waist, love handles and that fat is permanently removed. So, your body will readjust to where you still have fat...such as your arms, butt, legs, etc. If you are a mesomorph, work out your butt muscles and they will get bigger.

If you are trying to just get a bigger butt and genetics are with you, eat more and your ass will get bigger. If you are trying to change your body type, you'll need plastic surgery, but, you won't be able to undo the results if you don't like them.

And the other, more sensible alternative is to tone the areas around the area- if you tone your waist, your butt will look bigger.
