Yes, quite a lot. One can know this simply by looking at the nutritional information on the back of a package.

Chocolate is composed mainly of sugar, and the cacao bean's two components- fat (cacao butter) and the cacao powder used to make cocoa.

Sometimes the cacao powder is removed entirely, with only the main ingredients of sugar and cacao butter. This is called White chocolate, and, by nature of it having cacao butter in it, it does have fat in it.
