I have found that taking vitamin e dramatically increased my appetite. While taking this vitamin (Toco-Sorb,
1 soft gel daily & Tocomin,
1 soft gel daily) I can hardly get enough to eat. I am trying to find a way to curb this effect but may have to stop taking the supplement in order to avoid weight gain.
Hope this helps.
