Unfortunatley, that "flab" is strecthed- out skin from your previous fat. Now that you've lost weight, you're skin doesn't fit your body. I have no clue how to fix that, but I've heard that it's impossible... Actually, this is not impossible and anybody who says it is is crazy, however, you have to exercise at least five out of seven days if not more. Continue to watch what you eat and how you control your diet. Some good exercises for your butt would be with the exercise ball, running and the eliptical-thats the best machine, well one of them.
