Because you are young, weightloss is alot easier regarding exercise and dieting. You dont see alot of kids your age loosing weight because they are lazy, this is where you can win if you really want to loose weight. exercising 3 times a week for 30mins can make you loose pounds quicker than you think. I guaruntee if you eat fresh vege's and fruit and in small portions using this exercise routine you will see a big difference in just 5 weeks give or take.
