if you eat an apple a day~ it says you could live longer~

and prevents wrinkles~

banana's are also very good for you for it contains all the vitamin B's

blueberries are great! great for weight loss too~

strawberries and other kind of berries are healthy and makes the skin clear and clean.

okay in one words all fruits are healthy because they are all natural

i wouldn't only eat some fruits but try all kinds of varieties~

it's a lot better than eating a chocolate bar or ice-cream

treat your fruits as a desert~!
