You can climb stairs for one. When the weather is too bad to go jogging, I climb up to the top of the building I live in, which is 20 floors, and then back down again. I do that like 3 or 4 times. In addition to this type of cardio exercise, you can do weight training as well. But cardio tends to be best for loosing weight.
