Do resistance activities such as lifting weights for just 30 minutes 3 or 4 times a week. If you want to give yourself an added boost add one session per week of 10 repetitions of all out efforts either sprinting, on a bike, rowing machine, or jumping rope.

If you want to get skinny fat keep on eating the way you are eating but less and jump on the cardio equipment for an hour a day. You will lose weight but you wont feel good, you wont look good, you wont be healthy, and it will not be sustainable. If you want to "get good body composition" and be healthy follow this guidance.
