The government have eight guidelines for healthy diet:
1. Base your meals on starchy foods.
2. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables.
3. Eat more fish, including a portion of oily fish each week.
4. Cut down on saturated fat and sugar.
5. Try to eat less salt - no more than 6g a day for adults.
6. Get active and try and maintain a healthy weight.
7. Drink plenty of water.
8. Don't skip breakfast.
Exercise(dare to hav an appointment with yourself) a lot,have a sound sleep(nearly 7-8 hours),give yourself on a healthy eating!
Male: eating healthy and staying athletic Female: Malnutrition, over-exercise, or natural weight loss through illness.
The simply ways of eating heath are doing exercise, getting 7 to 8 hours of sleep at night, eat fruit and vestibules.
Because it was another great reason for wasting our tax dollars.
