Some meat has too much cholestoral, fat, and salts to it. Not to mention the calorie intake is very high per meal. It depends if you cook the meat yourself or go to a restaurant and eat it. These places might have added seasoning which might had very high sodium level which is unhealthy to kidneys. If the meat is not properly cooked it might still have parasites or bacteria lurking inside of it. If you eat to much it is an overdrive of protein, but protein is very good for you but way too much protein can be harmful.
