i am quite fat myself and am 12 yr old,i am 5'6 and weigh around 60kilos but the average weight is 55kg,try to lose all of that in the summer holidays
i am a 12 yr old girl 5'4 maybe 5'5 not sure..but i am 140 pounds and i work out so i do have muscle. but i would like to lose some weight but i just cant seem to lose any at all no matter what i do. i look around at all my friends and see how skinny they are and how all the guys like them. but i do want to lose weight but i dont know how much. so how mmuch would be a good amount for me to lose??? and how?? thanks,
