Well it may seem hard but this is a plan I sticked to and I became fit very fast I dropped from 140 lbs to 119 lbs. I started off by ridding my house of all for exeption for vegan foods , sticking to a vegan diet really will make you miss out on protein so eat lots of almonds, also make sure to work out so that you don't minimize muscle growth . Last try fasting for a day then eating vegan foods for a day and keep alternating from fastin to eating . When fasting eat only almonds they will keep you from getting to hungry. cut out all alcohol and soda only drink water. One last thing , take Dailey vitamins like vitamin c and b vitamins but be careful some vitamins will give you a stomach ach if you are fasting
