unhealthy eating is when you eat like a bunch of junk food such as:cake,chips,cupcakes,etc.

unhealthy eating is the diet is not balanced, foods which are not giving your body any benefit, foods which will cause arm to you for long run.

Our body needs proper nutrition to stay healthy. Our daily diet should be balanced with total daily picks of 7-9 lean protein; 1 carb; 5-7 vegetable; 2-3 fruit;2-3 fat,0-3 free.

1 protein pick =1oz lean meat or fish

1 veg pick=1 cup sliced zucchini or 1/2 cup carrots

1fruit pick=1/2 cup grapes or 1 cup melon chunks

1 fat pick=1T olive oil or 2T almonds

1 car pick=1/2 cup cooked brown rice or 1 slice whole wheat bread

1free=1T barbeque sauce or 1T light whipped topping

unhealthy food picks:

Foods loaded with refined sugar= candy,cake,pastry, soft drinks,cookies,ice cream.

foods loaded with trans fat and saturated fat = deep fried bread coated food, ,full fat dairy product.

Foods cooked on high heat with hydrogenated oil

foods loaded with preservatives.
