cheese,roast beef,it depends what country,province,state or any other region.Like for example the province of newfoundland is known for their awsome salt beef because thats what lived on,more like 70-80 years,or whenever the time they did not have refrigerators so the soaked their beef in salt to help it last.now even today newfies like me still soak it in salt water.
