well, faty foods add fat to your liver if you have too much. you become overweight (like me). type 2 Diabetes may form from too much fat. However, though many people think type 1 diabetes forms from fat, it is not true. But, you dont always have to be fat to get type 2. i know many people who were very fit, but got type 2. Many many many health problems happen when you eat too much faty foods and dont get enough exercise. Fat in the liver is sometimes deadly. please note that a little faty food is ok.
