For the average person, that is a significant amount of extra calories than the body actually needs. If that continues and there is no ecercise to burn most of it off, the average person would gain one solid pound of body weight every 2 to 3 days off of that kind of diet.

will help you lose weight quick; however, once you start eating normal again you will rapidly gain weight. keep in mind that eating that little of calories a day will cause other symptoms such as headaches, drowsiness, and dizziness.

10,000,000 (10 million) caloires a year seems like a lot, and it is. The average person eats about 1,500 to 2,000 caloires a day. Say you eat 2,000 caloires a day. Over 365 days in the year, that is 730,000 calories a year. That is an extra 9,270,000 caloires consumed over what should be. 3,500 extra caloires (not burned off) is equal to 1 solid pound of weight on the body. 9,270,000 calories is thus equal to 2,648 extra pounds of weight. It is probably impossible to consume so much in one year, however. That would be equal to roughly 27, 397 calories a day, about 25 thousand more than is naturally done.

Entirely depends on what you're doing. If you're only going to school/office, it's way too much. If you're a top athlete, construction worker, landscaper, lumberjack or an infantry soldier on deployment, it can actually be too little.
