Increase fat under skin and fat between organs which is the worse. Fat eventually acts like a tumor. The over consumption of fats makes a person crave them like drugs. Oh arteries clog basically whole body has to work harder. A diet of 15-20% healthy fat is appropriate. The body is prone to develop diseases such as Diabetes when over weight and you look like crap for your high school reunion LOL
