Baby attitude here to help!

For my science home work i was asked this question so i awnsered it

When you don't eat enough food, or don't have a balanced diet, your body starts to malfunction in a way. You need the right amount of each 'segment' of food, if you like. If you look at a balanced diet wheel, you'll see what i mean.

If you don't eat enough food, your body starts to shrink gradually. As you starve, your liver converts muscle to glucose to keep your brain alive. As you starve, your hunger pains disappear. After that, you're just tired. Once you burn through 70 to 94 percent of your body fat, and 20 percent of muscle, you die. For most people this takes sixty-one days. In some cases, people have eating disorders, most often called Anorexia. If you have Anorexia, you develop an obsessive fear of gaining weight. This is when you do not eat enough food, and become seriously ill. If no help or advice is given, in many cases, you die.
