What could happen is, you probably would have more energy and stamina become just a little stronger. A one time event would make no noticeable change. Of course, it would depend on how much you eat, how often, and what kind of protein you eat. Don't forget: we are supposed to have some fat in order to regulate our internal temperature and to be generally healthy.
kidney and liver problems
you use the protein you ingest by using it for energy.
If individuals consume protein in excess of the amount needed, the extra protein will not be stored as protein. It will convert to fat and stored as fat.
you will die
Nothing would happen. You may get some extra protein, but that's it.
Nothing.
well no not really it is protein lol Answer: you can and it wont hurt you.
When we don't digest animal protein properly, it can lead to various digestive issues such as bloating, gas, and stomach discomfort. Undigested protein can also put additional strain on the digestive system and may lead to nutrient deficiencies if it is not broken down and absorbed effectively.
If you ingest too much protein you can get protein poisoning, which is where your body isn't getting enough fat. I am not aware of any other disadvantages.
Protein we ingest is unfolded and broken down into its constituent amino acids. These amino acids are then used to make new protein that the body needs. This is why body builders require a high-protein diet.
Possibly vomiting, loss of consciousness, and/or seizure.
