Im a teeneager as well and ive been dieting even though my friends tell me i don't have to but i still do , just so i can be more healthy. Well, anyways first of all in breakfast you should start out by having cereal , but not just any cereal. You should eat kellogs "special k" with a mixture of another cereal which could be "Fiber one"(the original)........Lunch ... well im not so sure because i eat salad for lunch when im in school....so that can work out for you unless your school dosent have a sald bar........ or eat something that does not contain so much fat like a sandwich with a side of carrots or strawberries..... ok then in between luch and dinner i would a snack like....... natural valley granola bar(which ever flavor) i prefer oats and honey . Then in dinner i guess you could eat your normal food except you have to watch with bread and rice .....STAY AWAY FROM THEM!......and fish is really good for diets...... stay away from white or yellowed collor foods at night since that's the time when you do the least amount of excercise. If you need to eat something extra of course you shoukld eat it but you have to be conscious of how much fat that item has. you should eat apples or Pears if your hungry.OH! and for excercise you should do run atleast a mile each day and if you do not have time do one 100 hundreds crunch-ups which help to get great abs and a flat stomach and also you should skip rope. My brother tolled me that you could eat as mcuh as you want and not gain as much pounds if you only eat healthy
