You can exercise 60 minutes every day, alternating high intense cardio like Zumba, running etc. and weight training every other day for 60 minutes (you must let your muscle recover for one full day) alone with a good portion control nutritional meals! Absolutely no fast food!

When you lose the extra weight, keep the workout the same, but add more weight to the lifting.

Soon you will see the transformation, a better looking you, trim and fit with some great definition! (Because you minimized the fat and have increased the muscle)
