Oh you get used to it, so much so that after a while you miss it if you haven't it on. I wear the open bottom types of girdles, usually Playtex 18-hour models, they're fabulous for what they do for you while holding you up really snugly too. And to be able to wear nylons with the girdle is the icing on the cake. I don't care what anybody says but I feel lucky as a woman to be able to wear them all the time. Yeah you have to sit up a bit straight, can't bend as much, have to move differently especially going up steps, but it's all great, and I look fabulous.

When I get up in the morning, after my toiletries and washing, it's in for the day. At the start you have to discipline yourself to this , but in no time at all you get used to it and it becomes a way of life.

What's it like ? Well you're pressed all the time but most of the time you don't mind at all. You feel very firm. Nice things about it is that you can let your belly and your arse just "go" , that's a lovely feeling.

Minuses are that your buttocks are always squeezed together but you just have to let it go, nothing you can do about it so don't bother, just get used to it after a while. I find that a waist band of a girdle can be a bit trying at times but just go along with that too.

In a word, addictive. I started wearing a girdle in my twenties and I still do. My preferred style is a high waist open bottom girdle with suspenders and stockings. My RAGO 1294 fits the bill perfectly. Yes it is restrictive because it is a boned girdle but I soon got to love the feeling of support it gives me. It isn't noticeable under ordinary male clothes (or a ladies jumper and jeans which fit better over a girdle) so I got quite used to wearing a girdle all day. I really can't go without a girdle now so I guess I'm dependent on it for support.

For me I do wear a panty girdle daily, thanks to my wife encouraging me too , and now I would miss it if I don't have one on. I love the feel, as well as the look as it gives me a more feminine figure and especially a smooth crotch (Yes, I tuck).

At first it took a while to get used to wearing a panty girdle, but after about 2 weeks I wouldn't want to be without it. Yes I've tried a OBG but it just wasn't the same.
