150 pounds high school, 170 - 190 college/NBA. However, it all depends on your ability to handle the ball and quickness. If you are quick enough, any weight will do.
the ideal weight that they desire to achieve
6 foot 1
one hundred and thirteen point two pounds
center guard
point guard
In recent occasions I have discovered that the best POB (point of balance) is generally around a hand to two hands width up the blade from the guard. This is so the point of pivoting it low enough to have decent control but also to be able to hit harder and stronger. This is due to the more weight you have towards the end the more power you will get just from shear weight. This also helps with speed. I hope i was of some use. Mando ;)
He played point guard
A point guard dribbles the ball up the court. A shooting guard doesn't.
56 is the ideal weight for 5.4 woman
Guard
Being on the Lakers, he is the ideal point guard we have been needing. Quick, a scoring machine, and a great assist man
