Not sure of the best brand but if you use flaxseed brand should not be very important. The best source of omega 3 fatty acids is flaxseed. The oil is very unstable but while inside the seed, sheltered from heat and light and movement is stable. I grind the seeds about once per week and keep the meal in a dark container in the fridge and sprinkle 1 or 2 heaped teaspoons on my cereal per day.
