Since your body already produces melatonin, I recommend starting out with a 1 mg tablet. If that doesn't help increase to 2 mg tablets and so on. If that doesn't work, you may need to seek a doctors advice for how much you need to take. Check with your doctor before you start taking any OTC meds, if you are taking anything now to make sure it doesn't counter act with each other...
