I have no idea for low in calories and high in fats and carbs. But I do now for foods that are high in calories but low in fats and carbs if this helps at all?:
Tuna
Pork
Beans
Eggs
Protein shakes
Low in calories/high in fat and carbs don't really go together since fat is approximately 9 calories per gram. High fat/high carb foods are quite caloric. I think you're out of luck on this one.
A calorie is the energy value of food. Proteins, carbohydrates, and fats contain calories and produce energy.
Carbohydrates and proteins contain 4 calories (kilocalories) per gram, and fats contain 9 calories per gram. A food with 40 calories may be any food with 10 grams of protein and/or carbohydrates and no fats, or with 4 and a half grams of fat and no carbohydrates or proteins, or any combination of fats and proteins/carbohydrates according to the equation 40 = 9F + 4C where F equals number of grams of fat, and C equals number of grams of carbohydrates and proteins.
Calories are Calories. The dietary Calorie is spelled with a capital "C" indicating that it is, in fact a kilo-calorie. With food you get vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, protein and fats. With wine, you get alcohol and carbohydrates.
Your choice is not between carbohydrates and calories. Calories are a measure of the energy content of food, and carbohydrates are a type of food, which contains calories. Fats and oils are also a rich source of calories, and proteins can be used for calories as well, although that is not their primary function.
Fats are not in calories but in food. Food nutrients (and fats are one of them) usually have calories.
Fats contains more energy than carbohydrates. As can be found on many food nutrition labels, carbohydrates have 4 calories per gram, Proteins also have 4 calories per gram but fats have 9 calories per gram.
Yes. It is a carohydrate. Carbohydrates are one of the three types of calories, along with fats and proteins.
Yes, all food provides calories. If something says it has 0 calories, that means that it supplies no energy and thus no nourishment to you, and is therefore not food.
Proteins carbohydrates fats water vitamins minerals
In food, there are three macronutrients that provide energy. They are fat, carbohydrates, and protein. Fat is the nutrient that provides the greatest amount of energy at nine calories per gram. Protein and carbohydrates provide only four calories per gram.
Fats are found in food. They are one of the three components of nutrition; carbohydrates, proteins, and fats.
Fats are very high in calories, also meat and carbohydrates are very nutritious
