eggs calories are 65-70 per boiled egg. to add weight you need an addition of 300-500 calories of your maintenance calories, this means if you want to add weight using eggs, then you need 6-7 boiled eggs in addition to your normal diet.. take that and you are good to go. also know that eggs get to your system real quick-its a natural whey
