Start off by CUTTING DOWN WHAT YOU EAT! Its very Important. Just half your dinner or breakfast, and have plenty of water. Whatever you do, try and keep away from Fast Food Stores because burgers and fries often cause saturated fat in your body.

And Exercise DOUBLE What you already do, because once you get the body moving, it can reduce fat a LOT quicker. One excersize I Strongly Recommend, is SIT UPS. Because It gets your stomach moving and stretching.

Did you know that the Stomach is the Laziest Muscle in your Body?

If none of these work, Which I Strongly doubt, then buy an AB CIRCLE PRO. It gets your stomach and thighs moving which is really good for your Body. And I'm sure that you will lose weight and be Really Happy with Your Body.

P.S, Increase your protein, It gets you full so you wont eat as much! :)
