I would eat fruits and vegtibales each day for your 5-a-day!Then i would eat a small meal (or 2) a day and no snacks in-between .I would stay away from chocolate because that makes you fat and chubby like you are and you want tom lose weight so don't eat that!Do not eat sweets and anything that includes sugars or Unhealthy fats in the ingredients.If you have crisps every day or every other day keep trying to cut down on that because crisps are just Pealed potatos and oil .Each year if you eat crisps each day or every other you have given your body 5 LITRES of sunflower Oil which is making you get all these rolls of fat.Also do excersizeeveryday for 1-2 hours ,that's very important! I hope this helps you people who are fat and chubby who want to lose weight !
