Becoming a vegetarianis hard. Especially for those who have be meat eaters for the majority of their lives. However, becoming a vegetarian is very rewarding. It is very good for the body and for peace of mind. There are a couple difficulties that come along with being vegetarian. The main issue being to make sure that you supplement into your diet the things you will be losing by not eating meat. Such as getting an adequate amount of protein. Some good ideas would be using beans, or tofu to get protein in your diet. A good snack that is great for a source of protein is nuts. Take a bag of nuts (such as almonds) with you when you go and snack on them during the day. It's a good idea to take multi vitamins too. Keep your diet varied with a big range of fruits and veggies.
