First, ditch the carbs, sweets, sugary drinks, and start eating healthy. Stop all junk food (fast food). Eat fruits, vegetables and good easy dinners. Fish (Salmon is my favorite), chicken, pork chops. Cut out the pasta or eat that in total moderation. Skip the rice to as it just turns into sugar once consumed.

Do not just starve yourself ... follow a plan ... get help from your family doctor and have him/her write out a plan that you can work with. It's easier to lose excessive weight now while you are younger ... later on in life it becomes an ongoing struggle almost 24/7 to keep the weight off.
