Of course, it`s safe. There are many vitamins in this plant such as B, C, carotin. It`s strange your dog likes it because dandilions are very bitter. Maybe it needs more vitamins in food
Well yes, but if you think a cat might have an allergic reaction then no. And I wouldn't really recommend dandelions as a daily meal.
if you boil them, yes- and dandelion leaves can be used in salad. I wouldn't eat it otherwise.

yes hamsters can eat dandelions but you musent feed them the heads so just the stalks and leaves.this is because hamsters cant chew the heads properly and they could choke!
