Because 'work' is a verb, an adverb - well - is necessary. 'Work well' would be proper grammar.
Use proper grammar!
It probably depends on where you work. In some work environments, such as one in which you have little contact verbally with others, your grammar might not be an issue to the others. But if you are working in a job in which you would want to make a good impression with your speech, then good grammar would be more important. Of course the attitude of your boss toward grammar would be important too. If he or she thinks proper grammar is important for your job, perhaps you should also. Depending on the kind of work you do it can become important. The more information you have to communicate within the company the more important grammar becomes. It can be a good indicator of how educated you are. The more educated you are the more is expected of you and therefore the better grammar you have to have.
The proper way to say that is: "Did she work well."
Good writing must be understandable. If you do not use proper grammar and punctuation, people may not be able to follow what you are trying to say. Further, if you cannot write correctly, people may think you are not educated or do not know your own language very well.
you can pick up a good book from your library or the book store and work on it
Well, you decide that. If you think you have bad grammar write a paragraph and have a smart friend check it. Or ask your grammar/langauge teacher or a parent to check some of your work. But if the question is all we have to go on, no, you do not.
Grammar includes the rules that govern a language, covering aspects such as syntax, morphology, and semantics. It dictates how words are structured, how sentences are formed, and how language is used to convey meaning effectively. Following proper grammar is essential for clear communication.
I think if your pronunciation is not good it doesn't matter how good your grammar is your speech will be hard to understand. People can communicate on a basic level with out pronunciation and grammar, if one of them is a native speaker it is possible, but hard work after a while
One, your question wasn't made in proper grammar but I'll reason it out. Try using system restore, that might work.
Well
Break up with him and work on your grammar! Break up with him and work on your grammar! Break up with him and work on your grammar!
Parents and their environment teach children language. Talking to children in correct adult language usage helps them have good patterns in speech. I had parents that talked both in Cajun and proper English and was reminded to use proper English in public. It was hard though to work the accent out of my southern drawl. Be patient and understanding in correcting language.
