You eat when you are tired and not hungry because you don't know how to acess the situation. You don't know what else to do besides eat. Instead of eating try resting your head or taking a nap. If you are still tried then have a SMALL portion of a snack or meal because.... you don't want to eat too much!!! If none of these suggestions help then.... your lost!!!
