skipping breakfast is very bad for dieting. you need food in the morning to keep you going until lunch or dinner, this is probably why you feel bloated. if you really want to skip a meal, lunch is the best one to drop. a good full breakfast and healthy dinner, no snacks between and you'll be loosing weight in no time.

Depends. Me, I feel quite content on a 500 cal breakfast of cereal and yoghurt. OTOH if I have a 500 cal fried breakfast, bacon, eggs etc, I usually still feel a bit hungry.
