It depends what you ate.

Ideally, complex carbs will be the best basis for a meal. They release energy slowly and so will maintain your energy levels for the day. High amounts of sugar and low carbs are likely to cause what you described, as they cause a blood suger peak that then drops below normal levels causing fatigue, dizziness and ultimately hunger.

I'd therefore suggest checking what you eat. :)

P.S. Complex carbs are generally wholewheat carbs such as brown bread, pasta & rice, oats, potatoes and such likes.
