My advice to you would be to go vegan/vegetarian and talk a walk for about 30 minutes a day although with a vegan diet you can drop weight very quickly without working out in the slightest. If you do not want to go outside and exercise I suggest doing things like cleaning your humble abode (house, apartment) if burns a lot of calories and your house gets clean so it is a win-win situation.
