Nope. Don't lose 10 kg. You can loose upto 5 kgs. 55 will be very ideal for 159 cm. I guess all cardio exercises will help you in reducing weight. Also avoid fatty foods and try to have dinner as early as possible (before 7.00 or 7.30 PM)
