ok i have been exactly were you are and i am still a BIT!!

im skinny although i have fat thighs and a HUGE bum!!!

so i got very sick of it- i went on a site and saw all these other people who had the same problem as me!!!

and they're was all these hints!!!

i found lots of lower body excersises that really help!!!

like----

squats and lunges

get on all fours and lift your leg up to ur chin and then push- out do 5 on each leg

on all fours lift ur leg to the side just like a dog pees on a tree- do 30 times each leg

and run up and down stairs high knee style

do this about 1-2 each day and you will see the results

p.s while you are doing this twice a day rub cocoa butter all over your body as it tightens and tones your skin!!
