That's an unhealthy weight for either sex at that age. Of course there are varying factors and weight alone should not be anyone's main concern, however for the benefit of your heart, overall health, and life expectancy it seems you should try to lose a substantial amount of weight.

You already know about diet and excercise. My advice is to seriously give these options your best effort. If your weight continues to be a health risk you may have to consider gastric bypass surgey (stomach stapling). This may sound radical, but obesity can cause a number of serious health risks including death.

You're a young person and you want to get the most out of life and get as much life as you can. Try your best to lose weight and continue to be healthy.
