You will need... An old robe, (long sleeve shirt anything with long sleeves will be fine) and scissors. How to make it? Cut the sleeves off the robe, long sleeved shirt,etc. Poke holes close to the opening (the head part) and If you want poke a hole in the back for it's tail. I have a chihuahua.
