Well, first you start by making sense when you ask the question. After that, you look in a book and realize "tyrannosaur" has been extinct for about 65,000,000 years, and you won't be "getting" it anytime soon.

To do this, you must have become a master fighter. Go to Parchment Desert and talk to the green hatted, old man. He'll ask you to get some oasis seeds and plant them in the desert to make the place cooler (as in less hot). You can get oasis seeds at the Fossil Guild at the left hand shop. You must plant 4 oasis seeds in the desert. (note that you can only do one at a time, and that each one takes a while)

After planting the last oasis seed, dig around the site. With me, it took a long time, but I finally found a T-Rex Skull.
